I'm Zack.  The best memories growing up were my dad and my uncle debating over what the best grills were to buy, what the brisket's internal temperature should be before removing it from heat, and the best wood to smoke with, among other controversies.  When my wife and I bought our house in 2015, the first purchase I made was a smoker to carry on the family tradition of toiling with BBQ. I've learned a few tricks and techniques with my Pit Boss Smoker, so here's a place where I can share what I've learned, and hopefully, others can join in and share also.
